Somehow my sister has trashed a fog light on her D4. I have a brand new set of D3 fog lights so was wondering if they would fit her D4?

The honest answer is that I don't know. But, the D3 was in production for about five years, so LR must have used at least a dozen different fittings in that time! If not, the fog lamps must be unique. Their motto must be "if it ain't broke, we'd better break it". 
I'm sure you'll get someone who does know though
