side moulding kit fitting

i have a side moulding kit to fit to my discovery but do not have any instructions with them,would anyone have a copy of thease showing the measurements for the mouldings to fit to doors i dont really want to guess them thanks mark.

Just make sure the car is completely dry before you start and don't get it wet for at least 24hrs (or however long instructions tell you)

I warmed the panels also with small fan heater, this helped.
