Many thanks for the feedback I am going to get it checked just wondered if there was a common fault on the suspension wishbone bushes like on a lot of vehicles.

There is a very common problem.....or two. If 'clonk' when you apply heavy brake when going very slowly - likely to be lower rear bush failure. or lower ball joint failure.
I had this and have just replaced OEM lower wishbones complete. When the old wishbones came off I found both the above had 'gone' on both wishbones! Very poor for 100 000 klm of tar driving (never off road).

NOTE : Ref DECEMBER LRO Mag - Disco3 Project part 9 - Changing front wishbones : When reassembling it states "Airspring is left unbolted at this stage"! TIP : fit lower wishbone with loose bolts, loose bolt through airspring, fit stub axle carrier and with stub axle through carrier ( othwise you won't get it in later ), raise whole assembly on jack and fit to top wishbone. Then proceed. IF YOU LEAVE AIRSPRING UNTIL CONNECTED TO TOP WISHBONE YOU WILL FIGHT THE AIRSPRING FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS BEFORE GIVING IN AND STARTING AGAIN!!!!
I have just had the wheel alignment done after setting to "tight tolerance" and I now have a different wagon - it really is a limo now.
All the best everyone
