I have had a paintwork problem with my new car. I want to make sure it is reported to LR itself in case I have any further problems. Is there a form the dealer has to submit which I can get a copy of please?

Called them and they didn't give a monkey's do dah .... Let the dealer sort it they said and gave me chapter and verse on the sale of goods act....
I only wanted to point out that a car had failed QC and still had the markings from QC t oprove it - they just didn't care.... "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

There's a form that dealers use to report paint defects to LR, I'd get them to fill one of them out and give you a copy The End
