New D4 ordered

Went into the garage and ordered a new 2012 D4 XS in Ipanema Sand for a Jan 2012 delivery. Gone for ebony interior, although the dealer was pushing for beige.

Anyone got Ipanema Sand with ebony??

Yes mate,

Sold it, its strapped to the roof of the D4 at present. We drive back over to UK tomorrow. Marie has organised a hol in the Lake District, but i've no idea where I'm going.

Hi Higgers,

That's the same combo as my XS, and the Ipanema is quite a rarity up here so I'm happy with that Thumbs Up

I looked at the light interiors but SWMBO deemed them 'a bit pipe'n slippers' so it was Ebony all the way Laughing - with no regrets whatsoever.

Sounds like you'll get a nice early Xmas present.
Although it says it is on the V5 mine's definitely NOT gold - more green and silver in the poor light we get at this time of year.
EDIT - I went for almond/nutmeg interior and well pleased. Perhaps HerIndoors will buy me a pipe and slippers for Xmas. MY12 D4 HSE Ipanema Sand

Well its now in my possession Very Happy Feels quite a bit different to my old one, only done about 200 miles though.

Loving having the off road nav and display and also the DVD player in the dash - Im sure my old one didn't have it but you never know.

Even the colour is growing on me Whistle

I'll put some pics up in a bit. Ian
