My next door neighbour has a drum kit in the garage that their daughter plays. That is close enough for me I can tell you! Dec 04 TDV6 HSE in Tonga green with Alpaca interior.

Drum kits are f g loud!!!!! My lad used to play them and you could hear him inside the house from bottom of our 90 foot drive and the dentist next door (detached building with fence/bushes/drive between us) said he could hear it above the whining drills.....)
If you dislike the neighbours buy them, if you like your own peace DEFINITELY do not buy them
