It's nowt to do with your FBH, you've got a pipe smoking mouse in your wheel arch liner
Seriously have a look at BAS's FBH remote controller. You can activate it prior to your departure so you won't have to smell the exhaust fumes again Club Exped trailer

Hmmmm, doesn't sound right. My FBH isn't normally playing but the car is up to temp in a few miles, even in -15c or so.

mine takes a while to heat up if I just leave it ticking over on the drive - best to drive it and it heats up a lot quicker - within a couple of minutes..Duncan

[quote="chocolademan"]Sounds strange after 30 mins!
Yep it does , but from cold I can drive a mere 1000 meters and the air from the vents is getting nicely warm. I fit this type of heaters on my boats and after 30 minutes from switch on 4 large radiators and a towel warmer are piping hot, and thats all pushed 43' and back by the little inbuilt pump .
I will have to invest in one of those little heaters, cheers .

It has it's own fuel pump which is located underneath the car, roughly in the middle of the two front seats, this could have failed or the unit itself is clogged up. Could be worth getting the fault codes read, it may shed some light on it. I know Wiggs has the Webasto software which allows him to communicate with it. Good luck.Club Exped trailer
