Looking for an old spare wheel winch to play with, ideally a working one which has had the end cut off from the theft of a spare wheel, although With a little effort to release it could probably use a siezed one for my purposes.
I'm going to try and electrify the operation of it so that it can be remotely operated without the need to empty the boot in the event of having large items like dog crates or storagedrawers installed, so want to play with one out of the vehicle first.
Happy to pay for postage, and will of course provide details on here if I can get it to work

MrH thats exactly what i have done and I'm just fine tuning it at the moment,but i am waiting for a winch from a kind member on here as i may change my idea once i have taken one to bits Wanted D4s non runners pm for competitive price.
