How do you removing orange reflector from front head lights
Hi, I have seen on many peoples gallery pics that they have removed the orange part in there head lights. So it is totaly silver!! Which does look pukcer! I have searched and the maintenance & MODS forum and can not see it!! Maybe just me being blind!
So was wondering if anyone could tell me how to do this and what I need to do it!!

Hair dryer for me as well. Before you start, source the bulbs and get some silica gel pouches to put in them. Looks the doggies doe dahs Joined the BMWX5 45e group

Did mine with the oven ! Just remember to get orange indicator bulds before you do it !

I did mine with a heat gun on low setting, remember when putting them back together to rewarm the sealant, it grips better and makes a tighter fit, less chance of moisture ingressIf it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works

Hi,
Which bulbs did you use - I'm thinking of taking the plunge and was going to replace with the LED bulbs - anyone used them?
