Fridge Slide - DIY
I've just picked up an Engel fridge for the back of the D3.
I need to keep the load divider (that goes front to back of the boot) in place, so I'm thinking about having the fridge on a slide out, with some sort of "roof" over the fridge which I can stack other stuff over.
I've seen a few posts with people trying to get hold of strong enough slide out runners.. does anyone have a link to a pair that they have used?
Also - how much air space would the engel need around it to allow for operation? I don't want it overheating

Ah didnt think to look in B&Q! Thanks.
Is that just a ply floor between the runners that the fridge attaches to?
How would you attach that to the floor of the Disco?
No i made an ally frame up and it just gets fixed to the eyelets fixings, in the 130 i bolt it to the floor and same in the trailer dose not get used a lot in the D3 some times when i go to Morocco i just weld it to the ally floor i put in that way it never move but i know you cannot do that in the disco there are a few bits on the site what people have done. You cold make a plywood box and tray screw it to the side and fix the fridge to the tray so it slides in and outHome of RLD Hidden winch mounts Spare wheel Locks Trailer Body Fabrication ray@rld-tech.co.uk D3/4 sump plates MY 14 sump plates and the Discovery Sport wheel protectors Discovery 5 wheel locks
