New D4 ordered today
Looking at the previous post there will be a lot of us about as it is also an Ipanema sand XS with ebony interior (two large dark dogs preclude the almond) and the delivery date is January. I agonised for a long time over the remote / programmable park heating but have stayed my hand and am praying that Bell Auto Services will crack the MY12 code and can add it for a fraction of the cost. A big gamble this one.
Other Options are privacy glass, auto rear diff, proper spare and xenons.
Once the shine has worn off I will be off-roading it (won't tell Sunray though) so will be badgering any Northants owners (and there seem to be a lot) for straight forward routes where I won't get stuck but couldn't do in my soon to be sold Scooby.

That was quick. At dealers already for collection on Wednesday or later. However have booked it in for a waxoyl treatment so will drive shiny new toy about 10 miles to Leamington and then wave it good-bye for 36 hours while someone puts cream on its bottom.
I think it will be the longest 36 hours of my life....

The guy who did said the MY2012 has a lot more plastic guards under there which were a good thing - to keep the mud out - but wouldn't stop the moisture but he also said he would have to raise the job price as it took so much longer to do for this reason.
