You have to admire the French :-) |
|
Oh how I love the French and their ability to 'not stand any sh*t' when the blinkered greens get in their way...

I wonder how many sea miles this Rainbow Whiner does to gallon of evil diesel?? or do they have a load of sweaty rowers with a swarthy bloke banging a drum to get them about to their aquatic demos? that would surely be the eco-friendly method.... and theeeeennn......???

Nah, all those silly extra bits on letters which you can read whether they're there or not just plays havoc with some people's computers. Anyway, since I've got a proper (qwerty) keyboard, I'd have to remember all the codes!

You, IanD... Of course !
You are only part of a infiltrated British 5th column !
But do not think that we don't know where to find you !
As for the "c" or "ç"... It does change the pronunciation, you know... Georgia On My Mind...

I knew that, or at least I remember it from when I studied French last, circa 1979! Still find it useful on hols though, last one in France was 2000 so getting a bit rusty by now.

OK, OK, so it's me, like I didn't know
I like the idea of the British 5th column in France though
Quote:But do not think that we don't know where to find you
Better go into hiding then, you'll be setting l'Academie Francaise onto me next!

They are also thinking of doing something to ban " les quat' quatre " (4x4s, which of course are not made by Citroen, Renault, Peugeot) from Paris. In the meantime, instead of having a congestion charge, they're just re-arranging all the road layouts, bus lanes, etc. so as to make it impossible to drive anywhere in Paris anyway!
