High level stop light intermittent

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, if you put your foot on the brake and someone hits it then it will come on so looks like a loose connection or something but I went to take it apart to see and it seems like the unit is bonded into the tailgate. Anyone have any experience of this?

Is everyone still scratching their heads on how to remove the light or is it so obvious that you can't believe I'm asking? Embarassed

It's a PITA - it's bonded to the roof panel with super sticky stuff.

Put it in for a warranty job Smile
