FYI its pickup only and they wont ship 
It will likely fit a D4 but from the picture requires the fixed towbar not detachable and only holds 2 bikes.
Still if it stays cheap and you have the bits needed it would be a good buy as a lighting board is only about £20 these days  FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner
