Getting into the top box - major issue........
All
I used my D3 to tow the caravan for the first time on a short trip this weekend and decided to use the roof box on the new roof bars to see what issues may arise before driving down to Cornwall in a few weeks time, my issue is even when i dropped the suspension to the blocks i still couldnt get into the box easily (had to stand on rear set) not good.......any one got any handy solutions rather than going out and buying a small pair of ally stepladders!
Thanks

Thanks Geoff, i guessed this would be the only real answer, just have to pack the platform in the box or caravan once loaded.......

Geoff,
Just in case that's not tall enough I have a health & safety minded option
