Bogged in the UAE desert

Yesterday took a trip out in to the UAE desert. Howling sand storm and the sand was very a soft. Our driver was an ex rally driver and it's showed. Had an amazing time and when he knew that we were 4WDers we got a couple of specials.
Ended up bogged for about 20 minutes and he used the clutch only to eventually move the vehicle.
Jen (wife) sat in the back seat and said it was a great trip and being out in the desert with no one around (too windy I would say) was so peaceful
Just shows you, it does not matter where you are in the world 4WDers have areal bond Very Happy Take the road less traveled. Dual battery system.ORS drawers,LR cargo Barrier.ARB Bull bar,side protection bars,Mickey Thompson ATR's 17" rims, Rear wheel carrier, radiator guard TPMS Mitchell Bros Tow Hitch LR RAI Steel Rims , GME UHF, Off Road GPS, Llams (yet to be fitted)

Fantastic experience.

Was out in a V8 Landcruiser in Sharjah and one of the cars ripped a tyre of in deep sand.

A bottle jack and a block of wood and all was fixed!

On the way to the airport yesterday the driver had to fill up with petrol, how does 58 cents a litre sound Shocked Take the road less traveled.
