Power supply for Hands Free kit ??
A mate of mine has asked me to assist in fitting a hands free phone kit into his D3.
So I’m wondering if anyone has any thoughts as to where I can find a reliable & stable power supply, that won’t adversely affect the electronics of the D3.
As with all car kits I’ll need a constant & switched positive along with a solid ground point.
Any pointers greatly appreciated

I used this place for a constant supply
In the fuse box behind the bottom glove box.
Ignition wire i took from the cigarette lighter plug (purple wire )
And Negative i took from behind the small panel in the bottom left of the passenger footwell (panel justs pulls off )

Could this be used to make the 12v in the front live permanantly?? This is for use with a trickle charger when the car is left unused for several weeks.
