| Best place/price for GG AT tyres |
|
Looking for replacement tyres for my HSE, have puns the GG AT for sale from tyres direct uk for £159.99 each.
That's for 255/55/19 111H, which I believe are the correct size and load rating for the disco.
I think it's a good price but is there any places that can do it cheaper? In loving memory of FA54WSK.

Andy has a pal in Crieff that he has mentioned a couple of times as being pretty good ....Strathearn Tyres I think but you will need to check first "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool,than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Yes stratheren tyres is the place to go got a good deal there as well, only thing check your tyre pressures think the calibration on the guage his guys were using was way out as I checked my presures when I got home and there wasnt one the same but Im not complaining as I did get looked after

Jim at Strathern Tyres in Crieff is a great guy........Mike did you let him know about his gauge ????
He is away with me next week tyre testing in Spain, does the job right.

No I completely forgot to phone him it wasnt such a big deal as I have the facility to blow them up anyway and check them with an electronic gauge which self calibrates , I havnt come across a manual gauge thats accurate anyway even when its brand new and if it is its rare and it normally misreads after a few weeks use as you will probably know.
I was more than happy with the service so not complaining in any way whatsoever

Nothing wrong with competition and always helpfull to know what the competition are selling at.........do you have a phone number for them or is it a secret.
Just seemed a tad strange that all I can find is a scrap yard, unless you purchased second hand tyres which would be at least 20 quid less I would hope.

How much would my current tyres be worth. 2 scorpion zeros with 4/5mm tread and 2 wranglers with same level tread.
