Ideal for keeping in the boot .... lightweight and good size , ok not for serious mud shifting but snow & sand worth a punt at the price .

I had similar ideas. First use 2 years ago in the snow - road blocked by a knacker wagon. Grabbed shovel and couldn't shift the wet snow. Couldn't scrape anything. Was hardly any use flicking grit!
I had a plastic bucket in my car that I used instead and to better effect.
Since then I have a black and orange plastic shovel that is strong and lightweight. The head unscrews should you wish. Same kind the 'horsey ladies' favour. If there is snow on the ground I put a metal shovel in too.
