OBD 11 Fault Logger

Does anyone know of a fault logger module(I hope the terminology is correct) that I can purchase to plug into my D3 and monitor any faults that may be present?

Clock on dash plus 3 flash indicators
New Exide 017 battery
EGR,s blanked
Front and rear belts replaced by Me
Including new idlers, water pump and serpentine belt tensioner
