well after a few weeks of giving me a bit of a run around warranty direct did pay my claim.
they tried to accuse me of driving all the way to Poland with my broken car with the bits in the back, so I could have the pleasure of getting it repaired by a Polish garage that spoke no english - but a few emails and copies of invoices for the courier (thanks Nick) straightened that nonsense out
Then they tried to tell me i had to pay another 50 pounds as i exceeded my mileage allowance, they couldn't convert km to miles bless em. I helped and that was sorted by a very nice lady in the customer services department with her confirming i hadn't exceeded my allowance
They finally settled this week.
So overall would say I could recommend them and will consider them on my new car
