How much to change ?
Our D3 is now 26 months old and has done 45,000 miles. Been a fairly trouble free relationship and the whole family think the car is the best we have ever had. Can't imagine being without her, but feel it may now be time to chop her in again another new one. We would like exactly the same car again (Tonga, alpacca, auto, tow bar, rails, alpine roof etc) but want an HSE with more comfy leather seats and Sat Nav - rather than the "S" spec we currently have. Can anyone give me an idea of what it should cost to change and the best place to go to "do a deal" Disco 4 TDV6HSE

When I was looking just before Xmas I tried a few dealers and got what I thought was a good price, I then checked it with http://www.motorlogix.com/ and the price was about the same.
http://www.motorlogix.com/ seem to give a consistently good price, so check your model on there and use that to bargin with the dealer.
cheers

Hi,
I will sign the deal for my second Disco 3 tomorrow and I will get 78.2 percent of what I paid in 2004 for mine plus a very good offer for the new one. This is in Germany.
Cheers,
Christian

I was surprised that D3 discounts aren't what they were. Bought my last car through Motorlogix and had the £1000 loyalty bonus from Land Rover.
Land Rover have upped the price and taken away the bonus so the car I had in October would have cost me £1840 more if I bought it now.

When I was looking for a used SE manual with low miles, me and the wife were being really picky, wanting certain spec, colour etc, so dealers had a hard time finding what we wanted, in the end after some haggling they offered me a brand new TDV6 SE 07my for £34k, so they definately have a decent discount margin to aim for, think book was £37500.

ended up finding just the right spec car, right colours, only 13k on clock, and paid £27500, thought the extra £6500 would be better off in my pocket than theirs!!
