This might be of interest to some , I recall when I fitted my Kahn Exhaust system some where asking about just getting exhaust tips as they did not want a full system . There were no options at the time , found these this mornig on ebay while looking for something else

There a couple of bolt exhaust tips for the RRS available now - would these fit too? Loving the power of the TDV8!

Damn too expensive for a couple of tail pipes!!
I was thinking of going to the boy racer dept of Halfords and getting a couple of these good quality stainless steel exhaust trims and fitting them to my D3.... fitted them to a standard BMW car that i previously owned. Fittted right, they do look like a full system and at only £30 each
On D3, was thinking of fitting these through the bumper so as not to compromise depart angle.
This would have meant cutting away the bumper 'skirt'...but, not had the time to explore this as yet. ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

ronp - I suspect you'd run into the counter balance weights if you try to go through or trim the bumper.
Has anyone wondered what happens without these weights??
How much do they weigh?
