The part number suggests D3 spec without phone but the cutout for the cable suggests otherwise - so could be D4 spec or (if lucky) D3 spec with phone. 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

D3 spec are voltage sensing (auto switch off) as they're fed from permanent 12V
D4 spec are not (no auto switch off) as they're fed from ignition switched 12V 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

I bet some dealer somewhere has over stocked or the original supplier has a few and doesn't mind shipping them off as bet they only cost about £50 to make... FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner

Do these cubby fridge's work well? I mean, will they keep front seat passenger SWMBO's can of G&T cool on a hot summer's day? I'm not looking to cart the Christmas turkey around in it; just something to keep drinks cool.

Good price! As well as cans of G&T and bottles of baby milk, they take four of the small Evian bottles

Yes. I bought one from a scrap merchant and had no problem fitting it into my S. The wiring is all there, its protected in foam.
Easy job.
