v8 throttle body

hi guys been having on goig problems with the v8 stalling and after reading a few posts which point to the throttle bodys needing replaced the question being does anyone know a rough price for these and are they a diy fix or will i need a trip to the local indy hopefully they are a resonable price and i can do them myself Thumbs Up
 if it aint broke dont fix it

On the 4.4 it looks like it should be easy to replace, part no is LR006142 you will also need gasket 4536886.
Cost probably about £150 - call TLO for forum price.

Had the same problem with mine local Indy said he hadn't much experience of the 4.4 due so few in n.ireland according to him when he had a look at them they seemed fine but said ther was a software upgrade due on the engine touch wood seemed to have cured the problem may worth a look at first as mine was showing all the symptoms as discussed in other posts hope this helps Alwyn Very Happy
