28k is a luxury. My rears lasted 10k and the fronts 14k Smile

First full set of pads changed at 15k, 2nd set have done 25k and still have plenty of wear left as do the discs. Possibly they changed the compound of the pads so they last longer Confused

24000k service. 3mm left on front pads, they changed pads and machined the discs.

just bought TDV6 x spec with lots of toys (orignially dealer demo) and they changed all the pads at 27k (£745 for a 30k service!!!) without being asked - used to have a series III lightweight - so this is a definite improvement!!!

55K and still same front and rear... unless my dealer changed them for free, they are the same set.

Manual not Auto of course and a good % of motorway runs.

22,000 miles and due for replacement soon. Front and rear.
Lots of off roading on those 22,000 miles though.
