Leaking EGR

Quick question . I have 4.4 petrol . EGR valve seems to be leaking slowly . More like drips . Should I have this replaced right away ? I plan to do it myself found a new OEM EGR on eBay 137$ usd . Looks straight forward 4 bolts and a couple of hoses ?
