Help please need some advice
can anyone please help
i have had the dreaded multiple faults hdc, transmission, suspension lowered and parking brake forcing into fault mode but it would drive in low mode ok had it plugged in today and faults cleared the guy says it's route cause was low fuel pressure at some point although this would appear to be intermittent so all he can suggest is to drive and wait and see if it happens again.
I have to say i am a bit scared of being on a motor way or planning any sort of trip if this could just happen again don't wont to just jump on changing the pump and sensors as this is looking at about £1150 and of course may not even be the source might be one of the injectors?
any ideas welcomed i have herd that with the disco 2 the ems could be bypassed to allow normal driving even with faults registered that would normally force the car into limp mode but given the electrical issues with the disco this is rarely going to be anything that could really damage the engine as it appears 90% of faults are electrical gremlins can this be done on the 3????
so depressed owning a LR has been a dream since a child and the experience has been great except for this intermittent fault making me doubt I'll ever get to where I want to go and if I do will I get back ?

The EU4 models suffer from blocked fuel filters, way more than the early EU3 models. Always the first place to start with a low pressure issue My D3 Build Thread

I did have an after market one fitted would using a LR make the difference with regards to the filter ?
It seams that anything not proper LR reaks havoc.
And so just so we are clear I am mechanicals minded as a fish so the theory is that the filter could get blocked for a second causing a low pressure reading would adding something to the tank to break down any debris help as this is only intermittent I'm guessing might happen any time some causes a blockage ?

The filter should trap debris as downstream are the high pressure fuel pump and injectors, these have exact tolerances and cost a lot more than a fuel filter to replace.
