Best Place to buy a D4 Commercial
Hi,
What a gem of a site . Just found this site last night while researching the D4 commercial.
We have a Harwoods near where I am but they have no commercial D4 for me to look at. The sales guy tells me they are only to order.
I am after the SDV6 in black with a few options pack.
My questions are:
Are the prices on new D4's universal or is there price difference between dealers\online and if so who offers the best price?
It seems like the D4 Commercial can be ordered in nutmeg leather\trim, I presume the cargo\boot will be in same trim. Can anyone point me to pictures\brochure for a commercial D4?
Based on my experience of purchasing a std D4 there is no such thing as a std price and dealers slice and dice their prices is all sorts of ways I can't see that commercials would be any different , but i might be wrong.
There are members on here that run commercials , so I am sure they will be along soon to share their wisdom
In the mean time I would suggest visiting a few dealers and see what they are offering.... i travelled over 100 miles for my D4 as all my 'local' dealers were just not prepared to do a 'deal' Cheers Ian

That's because the rear seats shown in that car are aftermarket ones from Atlantech or someone similar, I think they call them day seats, but I might have just made that up On a mission to find the perfect Pork Pie. Just Found it (I think)..(Yes I have)

qwick69: I am able to configure one in any colour combination of the commercial van version on www.carbuyer.co.uk. There prices seem fairly good too. Some 2010-2012 models are listed at the same price as new from this site (like for like spec).
digitaljunior: that is an excellent price but sadly now sold. But was amazed to see that so many (commercials) are listed in the car section. I had only been looking at the van trader section in the past.
DurtyDisco: There seem to be quite a few second hand available with back seat conversion. It will be a bonus but it is not a major issue for me. I need it for my business and have access to a car for family outing. I need the load space. Other option is to buy a vito van but disco is in a different class any you can’t tell from distance if it is a commercial (van) or a standard car.
If anyone is considering selling there commercial D4 (preferred 3.0 SDV6), do get in contact.
