Window one touch

Hi friends today I disconnected the battery from my disco 4 and now the windows cannot be auto one touch, means it doesn't go down or up in one touch, I know there is some way by which I can make it one touch but I forgot, can u pls tell me how I can do it.thanx.

the window may need recalibrating - try the following

To recalibrate the window position, close the window and keep the switch pressed for one second.
Anti-trap mechanism (front windows
only)
If the anti-trap sensor detects an obstruction
during window closing, the window will stop
and then open slightly. This will prevent a
window trapping vulnerable parts of the body
or other obstructions.
The anti-trap feature can be overridden by
attempting to close the window at intervals of
less than 10 seconds. On the fourth attempt the
window will move up a short distance with
increased force to try and move the
obstruction. If this fails to move the obstruction, anti-trap
will be disabled until reset.
To reset anti-trap, close the window and keep
the switch pressed for one second
