Towing electrics install Oxfordshire

Hi,

I am looking to get the towing electrics installed and activated on my MY13 D4 XS.

Can anyone recommend someone close to Oxford to do this.

Is it easier for me to install the wiring loom and get it activated elsewhere?

How much will the software activation cost?

Should I get timed climate done at the same time?
