Halfords tool chest
Just seen this tool chest on Halords website:
http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/...55214#tab4
At that price I know it's not going to be professional quality, but has anyone got/seen one - are they ok for £50 (down from £75 this weekend)?

depends how much room you need but this stuff is pretty well made, I have one of their cantilever toolboxes, good prices and seems pretty sturdy

Cheers chaps I've got an older but more substantial one for my main tools, could do with something for 'odds & sods' storage too. Might have to go and get one today ('tis father's day after all isn't it? )

Do you think it's worth trying to say it's a very dark pink ?

Very thin metal that distorts when heavy tools are added. I'd save the money for when the black pro range is on sale.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

I have the same chest, had no problems with it and can recommend it. Mine is loaded right up and all works perfectly.
