Auto ?

As an easy check , check brake lamp bulbs

U codes can be ignored. But you could search the other codes to see if anything comes up on here.

Check auto selector link pivot on side of the gearbox is not seizing, I am thinking maybe it slipped out of gear?

Is there any correlation between the fault and pressing the brake pedal? Brake pedal switch causes hdc fault, special programs lost, etc. If a restart clears the fault, pay attention to brake pedal activity. Note, it might not happen every time you press it. Always worth carrying a spare as I have gone through 2 and very simple roadside fix.

I suspect someone else will be a long to dig deeper into your fault codes.
