DHL are feckin useless
stopped using them ages ago after they started playing football with a lot of my parcels then offer you £12 compensation Twisted Evil unless you had taken out insurance which then meant they would treat your parcel properly instead of lumping it around
wander how that would work in the dealerships
yes i know your car is all dented and scratched but you didn't pay the extra insurance so we didn't really look after it properly
 TLO has left the building.......

We've used UPS for 17 years and they too are very good.
