| CL Site Near Leeds Castle |
|
Want to go to Leeds Castle in July and wondered if anyone knew of a nice Caravan Club Site nearby that you would recommend.
Setting off from Worthing so somewhere between Worthing and Leeds Castle would be ideal

Not too far away but a beautiful tranquil site near to some fantastic old woodlands in the Weald between Sevenoaks and Maidstone is a CC site called Styants Bottom. It is near a little village called Ightham which again is gorgeous! Great pubs and terrific walks and not far from Brands Hatch if you fancy catching something there as well! Look up Shoreham, Otford.and Eynsford along the Darenth Valley for nearby walks pubs whathaveyou! Really small quiet and tranquil site away from everything.

Caravan club have a full site at Bearsted, you could walk to Leeds Castle in about 10minutes from there, good site we used it for the shake down run of a new van a couple of years back. There is also a site at Detling show ground, think that is also caravan club, about 10 minutes by car to Leeds Castle MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Stayed at tanners farm when i was down that way and did leeds from there not CC site but very nice loads of space. And well run with good facilities .some written guided nice walks thro the orchards adjacent . Really nice on a summers evening would recommend MY05 SE D3 Manual my first LR what a car

Yes as Mark says Tanner is OK but run by a couple who are divorced so atmosphere can be a little strained in the office/shop MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
