Guys
pretty happy with my D3, usual niggles, with most being addressed by my dealer, or are they?
I've had some fixed (low coolant, squeeky hand brake), but others, like sinking seat, creased seat cushion, knock on steering, clutch dragging still rumble on.
It was in early Jan for the last 4 things listed above, and I was told on collection that they'd all been resolved, but its in again next monday to have the 2 TSB's that related to the seating issues carried out, why didnt they do them in Jan? The stearing knock was a lubrication fix, but this is back again. The clutch drag was supposedly a new clutch plate and flywheel, but this seems to be back again.
How, unless its something visible, do you know they've actulally done what they are supposed to do.
Has anybody got a dealer they really can trust to do what they say?

I would whole heartedly recommend Shukers in Ludlow.
Not too far away from you and they are a dealer dealing with people who actually use their LR's for work as well as pleasure 
Ludlow has a lovely town centre, market and castle so take the famdamilly with you
If its service you need then speak to Ken Lloyd.
Sales speak to Nick Apperley.
From what I hear Droitwich LR are not anywhere near as good and after trying them once I agree - will always use Shukers.

thanks - it just peeves me that almost all the big midlands dealers are the same - useless.
