Talking to a fellow member re buying a multi height tow bar as I want to buy a tow bar based bike carrier. I am told that I will need to install electrics for the tow bar as the bikes will cover the brakes lights and number plate.
The member offering me the tow bar doesn't have the electrics. Need some advice please.
Are these ok?

Just looked at the link, and although not original OEM LR, it seems to have all thats required. Its a doddle of a job to do to be honest, remove the NSR Lights and you will see a Large grommit, open the NSR cubby behind the lights and you will see another grommit, this is where the cables run through. Above the inner grommet you will see 2 grey multiplugs, this is were you plug in the electrics, earthing points are easy to see.
30mins tops

NSR = Near Side Rear. Too many older Land Rovers to mention
If at first you don't succeed, Forget it!

TBH they would probably work fine - But given the problems people see with a failed brake bulb - I would go original, you are only looking at about another £20 and the loom will have all the right push in clips to route the cable round the harmonic dampers, it will also be exactly the right length etc etc
30 Mins to fit original - who knows how long to fit that cloth covered one - does it have the rubber grommits, correct fuse box etc - the original does "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."
