Tow electrics from FL2

I happen to have a set of tow electrics I picked up secondhand and never fitted to my Freelander 2.
Does anyone happen to know if they might fit my MY12? The part number is VPLFT0106

It would be easy enough to check by plugging them in to the sockets hidden behind the panel in the nearside of the boot. The plugs changed between D3and D3 so it’s 50/50 if they will fit.
I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

Canada 2015 LR4 3.0 SCV6 HSE Lux Auto Aintree GreenLR4

Two characteristics against you.
1. Used.
2. Wrong part number.

Then of course there is always the situation that there was a change between the original and the face list models.

So, good luck.

Thanks, it was only on the off chance as they're just taking up space in the garage and thought I'd ask the question. I'll try and get a few child-free moments and have a rummage around.
