Hi Peter,
A word of caution. What Bodsy has pointed you towards is the UK spec.
The standard in Australia for the black 7-pin (12N) connector is as below:
Pin Cable Colour 12N connector function
1 Yellow Left Indicator
2 Black Auxiliary, or reversing lamps
3 White Ground
4 Green Right Indicator
5 Blue Electric trailer brakes
6 Red Brake (stop) lamps
7 Brown Tail lamps & No. plate lamp
A further word of caution. D3s in Australia should be wired to the Australian standard. but some came through incorrectly wired to the UK spec. If this is as in your case approach your LR dealer to see if you can get the correct loom.
AFAIK the white 12S plug is wired as advised by Bodsy (but I haven't checked.

Hi Peter,
So was the 12N wired according to the UK spec or the Oz spec?
Let us know how the 12S is wired.
Best Wishes,
Peter

And having plugged an Aussie-wired trailer into my incorrectly UK-wired D3, over the next 5 minutes, it caused suspension deflation, followed by stability control shutdown, then partial loss of engine power, then finally transmission going into "safe" mode. When this happens the dash lights up like a nuclear power plant's control room during a meltdown. Luckily for the D3 it's all reversable when I swapped a few wires to get things compatible. Hi Dingmark,
Yes, it seems that quite a few D4s are coming to Australia with the UK spec wiring.
Glad that you got it sorted.

It was my old D3 (RIP) that had the mis-wiring. The D4 is probably and hopefully being (mis)wired at the moment. It is a March build with delivery is due for end-May. It is one of the things I will check the day of delivery. Hi Dingmark,
Thanks for the clarification.
I'm beginning to think that I am the lucky one. My D3 was supposed to have the towbar and wiring fitted on delivery. When it was realised that it hadn't been fitted, the dealer fitted the Oz spec wiring.
I suppose that your D4 will arrive with a 13-pin plug too.
