2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Unknown Colour

Towing course

What's people's thoughts on these and should i do one ?, my license has categories A+E and i passed my test in 1985. Have towed 21" caravans in the passed but only the small Erde 143 trailer recently but we are thinking of buying a caravan at 6.1metres long and 2.2metres wide and the Disco at just over 4.8metres long and just under 2.2 wide. Any help/advice much appreciated.

I don't think you'll have a problem but you can always do the Caravan Club course that is aimed at people starting out caravanning. To my mind the Erde type trailer is far more difficult to tow than any big trailer. DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

Thanks for the quick reply, i agree as i believe the bigger the trailer the easier reversing is despite the fact you can see it.
