trailer plans
Hi all,
Am starting to consider how I might set up an expedition camping trailer.....
I've read many of the thread, but wonders if anyone has put two roof top tents onto a trailer? Am wondering about having one pull out from under the other, then open up - or a sort of cantilever arrangement like a toolbox, from whence I can open two out? Why 2 - 2 adults, 3 kids (and 2 dogs) to accommodate.....
if anyone's done it I'd love to see their drawings and any photos.....

Why not go for 1 roof tent (large) and a foxwing and zip an oz tent to the foxwing much easier than what your trying to accomplish Wanted D4s non runners pm for competitive price.

I've had three RT's on my trailer, here's the last one I had - bit old thing!

Height is key, so make sure that the trailer is tall enough so you can move about underneath etc.
I've seen loads of RT's with foxwing and they look the business as well as giving you enough room for living space - Woody has a fantastic set-up
I've moved away from RT's for now (I seem to change ever few months ) So now have an Oztent tot he side of the trailer - SWMBO calls it a 'Shanty town'

My Trailer is a simple Box sat on top of a widetrack Sankey - If needed I can pull the box off, empty the trailer and use it as a normal trailer for logs etc Iggy/Ieuan
