Is this easy to do using IID BT? I'd go out & check but SWMBO's fiddlingwiththeIID-dar is pretty well tuned.

My manual also has some driveline shunt at slow speeds. I figured it to be play in the TB or diffs. This would follow if the auto is also affected.Freelander SE 2005 Auto.

This method is valid for a D4?
There is no manual method listed in the D4 workshop manual. The only published method is via a suitable diagnostic tool.

It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Will give it a go tomorrow. Have to do a skip trip so will sneak the IID BT out of the house. Any pointers in where in the menus this is?

Calibrate > Transfer Case
Takes about two minutes from start to finish. It's the Calibrate Clutches option you want.

Will have a look tomorrow, hopefully I will survive. The reason I'm interested in this is I get a lot of shunt in low box, especially extended use of low box like in the Pyrenees.

I give it a 2/10 difficulty, but seeing as it's you, best make it 5/10 My D3 Build Thread
Del will be reading "10/5" and starting to panic
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
