mines an auto & has some "shunt" looseness at low speeds

My manual also has some driveline shunt at slow speeds. I figured it to be play in the TB or diffs. This would follow if the auto is also affected.

This method is valid for a D4?

There is no manual method listed in the D4 workshop manual. The only published method is via a suitable diagnostic tool.

Will give it a go tomorrow. Have to do a skip trip so will sneak the IID BT out of the house. Any pointers in where in the menus this is?

Calibrate > Transfer Case Thumbs Up

Takes about two minutes from start to finish. It's the Calibrate Clutches option you want.

Will have a look tomorrow, hopefully I will survive. The reason I'm interested in this is I get a lot of shunt in low box, especially extended use of low box like in the Pyrenees. Thumbs Up
