Read up on Robbie's guide for fitting Prospeed ones, the principles the same. I highly recommend a spray with dinitrol and liberal use of copper grease in the threaded holes. Doesn't really matter about the yellow studs, though as you say, just snipping the pip off wil leave the hole sealed.
I have a 1mm thick x 25mm wide self adhesive rubber strip on mine, top and side, just to stop some of the mud etc getting behind it.

IMPORTANT - with these tree sliders you do NOT remove the rubber trim from the bottom of the door.

Without the slider in place?

No, with the slider in place but the slider is not fouling the bolts so would be the same without it there I think

Probably full of muck? Loads of wd40 and work the bolt back and forth not to forcefully may clean it out, or run a tap through first maybe

Cleaned out the thread?

Tried a bolt which you know will fit in one of the other holes?

Will try the wd40 and a gold old clean, the bolts fit on the side no problem

Thanks chaps, all done, well the drivers side is done anyway, with a few lessons learned for when I tackle the passenger side. One hole was particularly bad but a good hose, wd40, tissue, wiggle with a screwdriver and about 30 ins and outs with the bolt and it was just about in. Let's hope all the rocks are on the drivers side on the school run today!

My sliders are now fitted, very happy with them,

Definitely reccommend running a tap through the holes before offering up the slider, takes 10 mins extra but makes it so much easier!

Will put a pic up later Thumbs Up

The tree sliders have made it to Belgium.
Could not wait to test fit one this evening.
+1 on using a tap for the holes.
Also, for the ones who have been offroad, with the platic sills removed, also remove the rubber grommets (temporary) and give your sills internals a good flush with the water hose.

I will be dinitrolling the out and inside of the sills this weekend
