Put the ST on tonight using trollyjack with the new adaptor that works well only thing is when in off road height the jack is struggeling at the extreme height ,so I was wondering if I could get some bigger wheels on the front end ,thoughts please.

It's possible, the wheels on mine are 90mm dia, 20dia shaft and 45mm wide, the 150mm dia could be fitted, although personaly I would want the rear castor wheels increased in height to match, this would be more difficult.

How about putting some thick plywood on the ground and then put the trolley jack on that, much easier, and stops you damaging your drive too. Wink PS, it's important to make sure the trolley jack can roll freely on its wheels as you jack the vehicle though.
