True ignition switch live fuse?

i guys

I have a D4 XS, 2013 model with the sdv6 and 8 speed. I have been looking to wire in my dash cam that I removed from my previous car. The cig socket in the rear was working fine but the front two under the climate were both inoperative. Quick test of the fuse found the culprit. Changed that and one socket works but the other doesn’t, presume it’s KIA and that was what blew the fuse for previous owner.

Anyway, In the previous car, to obtain a nice neat install, I used an add a circuit device to the fuse of an ignition fed live to add an extra cig socket which I then hid out the way under the glove box. However I notice that the current cig sockets keep charging my device for 5 minutes or so after I turn the ignition off.

If I add the add a circuit to these fuses, then the dash cam will run too. And I’m worried about the impact on the battery?

Is there another fuse I could use that genuinely turns off when I turn the engine off? Or do they all stay ‘live’ for a while? What causes that in the D4, is it some kind of shutdown process after a certain period of time?

Any help here very much appreciated.
