trying to locate Bearing Rattle type of noise

This may be a long shot question to ask, but my disco has being doing this since day one (12 months and 30K miles)
I have a Rattling noise from the front, to me it sounds sort of like a dry bearing, or in the good old days a worn clutch thrust bearing sort of noise.

it comes and goes while driving more under load, and stops when i back off, engine does make any bad noises when in neutral and being revved.

being an auto, not sure where this would be coming from. its hard to record the noise.

any ideas would be appreciated

Cheers
Mark

rattle

Hi Cheers for the reply, wouldn't a flywheel rattle happen all the time, even when stationary ?

This only happens to me while driving ?

Cheers
