Nice video Stu Thumbs Up

Just a quick question....I always thought it was advisable to only have one spotter (±05:30). I've always insisted that only one person at any one time helps me to negociate tricky obstacles and that everyone else keeps quiet and doesn't move their arms around.

Another thing is that each spotter (I think TFC is one of them Wink ) is watching one side of the car each. Due to the tightness of the bend and the big drop on one side, it's impossible that one single spotter can cover both sides, but both are giving hand signals (at certain points conflicting signals)...

What would be the general consensus on this? Is it better to keep everyone else quiet and out of the way, or is it accepted practice to have more than one spotter if necessary/possible?? Just hoping to learn something Thumbs Up

It would depend on the situation.

TBH if you have more than one, the guy in front of the vehicle must assume command and listen / react to warnings given by any at the sides and rear of the vehicle.

He is the one you can keep a safe eye on.

If in doubt, nominate a spotter and only listen / look to them for advice.

One spotter was 'ours' (not TFC, he was driving), the other was a helpful French marshall.

The marshalls were extremely helpful, offering all kinds of advice. Continuously, contradictory and loudly. Which was nice Very Happy
