I have given up on the LR SatNav - I much prefer my TomTom Go930.
The question is how do I turn off the LR SatNav screen so that it is not always displaying the legal notice, and if I do will I also loose any other functionality?

hi
put key in and turn to activate screen
accept version then let screen come on
two buttons infront of screen
press the right hand one then on screen press settings
screen off is one of the options shown
press and run
press anywhere on screen to bring back on
dunc life is tooooo short.enjoy the moment.dont worry be happy

just leave it on the 4x4 info screen if it iritates but I've had mine nearly 4 years and can't really complain about the satnav....and theeeeennn......???
