You "sort of" can if you access hidden service menu XC90 T8 R Design Pro

you'll need to search how to get into hidden menu on yours as mine is a MY10 but essentailly when in the menu you go to signal test part and select TV and it remains on whilst driving.
don't use it for that personally as i know I'd end up crashing but have used it to see rear view camera whilst towing.XC90 T8 R Design Pro

Are you sure you want to do this?
I'm sure you have considered the safety issues already as you have kids but have you considered the risk of being of being nicked by a passing police officer? It would be very easy to prosecute you for driving without due care and attention but should there be an accident you would be looking at a dangerous driving conviction (up to 2 years).
