TV no picture
As it says above. 2016 D4 Landmark.
Even though the car is in ‘P’ with the epg engaged I can’t get a picture on the TV despite the audio being nice and clear (and there’s a long list of the TV channels). In settings, the TV is set to United Kingdom. The last time that I remember watching the TV was in Belgium when we watched the football on a Belgian channel, so the screen has worked. Anyone any ideas what I’m missing (and I don’t mean Eastenders or any other programme ) please, or is it just something else that’s gone wrong with this car?
Thanks.

Any luck with this Nigel? I have a 2015 HSE Luxury with the front and rear TV's. I have the same issue with crystal clear sound, full EPG, even the rear TV's get a picture but nothing on the front when stationary.

Yes. Due to a trapped drain pipe (either from new or when the dealer refitted some trim) which allowed water into the TV module which is inside the rear offside quarter panel, it was found that the unit was u/s. A new one was fitted under warranty.

That's interesting mine has just come back from the dealer as the drivers footwell was getting soaked every time it rained. The right side sunroof drain had to be replaced.
Do you have a picture of where the TV module is located so I can see if this has got wet?

Just inside the rear offside door. I think the TV module has been removed at this point, but I assume it’s on the bracket near the drain tube.

I thought the TVM was under the drivers seat? The area in the photo being occupied by the DAB, KVM and RSE modules. The Tv module does send a signal to the RSE by LVDS which sends it onto the FCDIM (touch screen). Perhaps it was that cable that’s shorted the RSE?

Just found an image of mine in the same area. The green connector in you’re photo is the LVDS connector from the TVM which connects to the RSE in my photo below.

The modules are quite cheap now mate, what’s your part number. If you look long enough you will find one for about £30.

Check on eBay using the part number rather than the LR number as breakers tend to only know the part number as it’s printed/marked on most parts.

That’s your DAB module for the radio. You need to raise the drivers seat fully and looking from the rear footwell, look for a square box with a rectangular dimple in it. You should see all the connections on the back of the module (facing to the rear) have a check they are connected. You should have a MOST connector, signal amp coax cable connection, a power socket (grey or green dependent on version) which also has signal our wires which enter a coax out of sight. If you have RSE you will also have a green LVDS cable (which removes the needs for the signal out wires in the power socket).
Have a look and see if you can find a pt number on that, should be something like AW-14F641-AE, earlier versions were Hybrid Analogue/digitalunits whereas I think yours will be purely digital as analogue broadcasting had ceased by the time of production of your vehicle.
